AI Assistance
Last updated: June 17, 2026
In one sentence
Call-E writes three things for you around every session: Call Notes after the call, Call Guidance before it, and a Call Scorecard that evaluates how you ran the session.
Why it exists
You don't have time to take detailed notes while coaching. You don't have time to re-read a client's last six sessions before hopping on the next call. And you rarely get someone watching your sessions to tell you what you could improve. Call-E does all three.
The three kinds of AI assistance
- Call Notes — a summary of what happened on the call, with action items and follow-ups. Written automatically after every call that has a recording.
- Call Guidance — a short prep document for an upcoming call. You request it when you want it, before the session.
- Call Scorecard — an evaluation of how you led the session. Available only if your admin has turned it on for a Call Type.
What you can change
You can shape what the AI writes by editing your Call Type instructions. That's where tone, structure, and what to emphasize live. See the Call Types area for the how-to.
You can't edit Client Memory directly — Call-E keeps that up to date automatically from your Call Notes.
