What this does
You can rate any Call Notes, Call Scorecard, or Call Guidance as Helpful or Not helpful, right from the card. Call-E uses your ratings to evaluate and improve Call Notes, the Call Scorecard, and Call Guidance over time.
Where you'll find it
Look for Was this helpful? next to the Updated time at the bottom of the card — on Call Notes, the Call Scorecard, or Call Guidance.
How to rate one
- Click Helpful or Not helpful. Your first click saves right away — there's nothing else to do.
- Either click opens a short list of tags next to it. Picking any is optional — pick as many as apply, up to five, or none at all.
- Changed your mind? Click the other thumb — it replaces your rating and clears any tags you picked.
- Clicked by mistake? Open the tags and choose Remove rating — both thumbs go back to unselected. You can rate again any time.
Helpful tags (what's offered depends on which output you're rating):
- Call Notes: Accurate, Captured everything important, Focused on what mattered, Clear what to do next, Caught something I'd have missed.
- Call Scorecard: Accurate, Fair assessment, Focused on what mattered, Clear what to do next, Caught something I'd have missed.
- Call Guidance: Accurate, Focused on what mattered, Clear what to do next, Caught something I'd have missed.
Not Helpful tags (the same list everywhere, except Out of date):
- Incorrect or unsupported, Missing important information, Not relevant or important, Unclear or too vague, Other.
- Out of date appears only on Call Guidance — a summary or score of a finished call can't go out of date, but guidance prepared before the call can.
What happens with your rating
Hover or focus either thumb to see a short note on what your rating is used for — Call-E uses it to evaluate and improve Call Notes, the Call Scorecard, or Call Guidance. It never changes the version you're looking at.
What you can't do
- You can't type your own comment — pick from the listed tags, or skip that step.
- Your rating belongs to that version. Regenerate the notes, scorecard, or guidance and the new version starts unrated — rate it again if you want to.
