What this does

Explains the ways you can sign in to Call-E and where to check which ones are available on your account.

Ways to sign in

Call-E supports two ways to sign in:

  • Email. Call-E sends a one-time password to your email address. Enter that code on the sign-in page to open your account.
  • Google. If the email address your organization invited is a Google account, you can choose Google and sign in with that account. This includes Gmail addresses and work email addresses hosted by Google Workspace.

Your organization must invite your email address before either option can open your Call-E account.

If you're not sure whether your email is a Google account, start with Email. Call-E will send a one-time password to the invited email address.

Check your sign-in methods

  1. Open Preferences. Click your profile in the sidebar and choose Preferences.
  2. Find the Profile card. It shows your name and account details.
  3. Check Sign-in methods. You'll see Email, Google, or both, depending on what is linked to your account.

After you check

Use one of the listed methods the next time you sign in.

Call-E only shows this information in Preferences. You can't disconnect a sign-in method from Preferences.

If something looks wrong

  • The method you expected is missing. Try signing in with the method shown in Preferences first. If you still can't access your account, contact support.
  • Your email code doesn't arrive. Check that you entered the email address your organization invited. Then check your spam or junk folder and try again.
  • Google opens a different account. Choose the Google account that uses the email address your organization invited, then try again.
  • You see "We couldn't match this sign-in." Try signing in again with an email code. If you still can't access your account, contact support so we can check the sign-in methods linked to your account.
  • You see an account you don't recognize. Sign out and sign back in with the email address your organization invited.
