Choose your notification preferences

Choose which updates you receive
Open Preferences from your profile in the sidebar. In Notifications, choose which updates Call-E can show In app or send by Email.
You will only see choices that apply to your access. Available choices are grouped under Appointments, Integrations, Billing, and Team access.
Each update has In app and Email columns. A checkbox means you can choose that delivery method; a dash means it is not available for that update.
Appointments and Integrations start open. If available, click Billing or Team access to see those choices.
Change a choice
- Select or clear the In app or Email checkbox for the update you want to change. Click a category to show or hide its choices.
- Click Save. Call-E confirms that your notification preferences were saved, and your choices apply anywhere you use Call-E.
Call-E keeps updating the relevant appointment, Zoom card, Billing page, or other screen even when you turn off a notification. A problem that needs action stays on that screen.
Reset or recover your changes
- Click Reset before saving to return your checkboxes to their last saved positions.
- If Call-E cannot load or save your choices, click Try again. Your unsaved checkbox changes stay in place.
- If you see Reload settings, click it, then reset or save your draft. Some choices may no longer apply to your access.
What Email controls
Email is available only for the supported choices shown in Notifications. Today, it controls Call-E's email about a Zoom recording-setting warning, an unexpected Zoom disconnection, and payment-failure reminders.
These choices do not control every message you may receive. They do not change emails sent by Zoom, Stripe, or your sign-in provider, and they do not turn off direct feedback on the page you are using.
