Use your Dashboard calendar

Last updated: October 3, 2026

What this does

Your Dashboard shows a calendar of your calls, with a toolbar to change what you see and a panel to review any call without leaving the page.

Change what the calendar shows

  • Switch the view between Day, Work week, Week, Month, and List. Work week shows Monday through Friday; Week shows a full week. Weeks start on Monday.
  • Click the period (for example, "Aug 17 – 23") to jump to a specific day, week, or month, or pick a quick option like Today or This week.
  • Use the ‹ and › arrows to step back or forward one period at a time. Click Today to come back to the current period.
  • You can filter out call types, programs, phases, or statuses, keep just one, or reset the filters to show everything again. The call type filter also offers No call type when some calls in view don't have one.
  • In Month view, when a day has more calls than fit, click "+N more" to see every call that day in a popup; click a call to open Call review, or press Esc or click outside to close it. Clicking the day number still switches to Day view.

On your phone, the Dashboard opens on List.

Add an appointment

Click Add appointment in the toolbar to open the scheduling form without leaving the calendar. When you save, the new appointment opens in Call review.

Review a call

Click any call on the calendar to open Call review. What it shows depends on the call's status:

  • Scheduled, Preparing guidance, or Live — Call Guidance, so you can prepare. Click Prepare for call to open the appointment.
  • Processing — what's ready so far. Click Review call to open the appointment.
  • Completed — the Call Scorecard first, then Call Notes. If the call type has no scorecard, you see the Call Notes. Click Review call to open the appointment.
  • Not recorded, No speech, No notes, No show, Missed, Cancelled, or Failed — a one-line message that says why there's nothing to review. These calls have no button.
