Preview features

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Some Call-E features roll out gradually. While a feature is in preview, it works for the organizations that have it turned on, and the rest of Call-E works exactly the same without it. This page lists what is currently in preview.

If you'd like access to any of these features, contact us — we can usually turn them on for your organization quickly.

Currently in preview

  • Call Type Library is currently in preview — copy a curated starting point for a Call Type, then customize it for your Organization. See Copy a Call Type from the Library.
  • GoHighLevel CRM integration — Connect Call-E to GoHighLevel to pull your clients' contacts, calendar events, conversation history, and payments into your coaching workflow. See Connecting Call-E to GoHighLevel.
  • Zoom integration — Connect your Zoom account so your meetings flow into Call-E automatically, with cloud recordings and transcripts when your account supports them. See What is the Zoom integration?.
  • Joining Zoom calls inside Call-E — Join your Zoom meetings without leaving Call-E, with your call tools alongside the video. See Live Call opens Zoom in a new tab.
  • Add a payment method after your invite — After your invite, your organization's Owner must add a payment method before anyone can start recording. See Create your Call-E account with an invite.
  • Organization Setup is currently in preview — on first sign-in, a brand-new Organization's Owner can answer a few quick questions to set up Call Types and invite teammates automatically. See Set up your Organization.
  • Rating AI outputs — tell Call-E whether Call Notes, the Call Scorecard, or Call Guidance helped, right from the card. See Tell Call-E if Call Notes, the Scorecard, or Call Guidance helped.

What "preview" means

  • The feature is finished enough to use every day, and we are rolling it out to more organizations over time.
  • Articles about a preview feature start with a notice like the one you may have seen: "This feature is currently in preview and may not be available to you yet. Contact us if you'd like access."
  • When a feature finishes rolling out, it disappears from this list and its articles drop the preview notice.
