What is the Zoom integration?

Last updated: June 17, 2026

In one sentence

Connect your Zoom account so your meetings flow into Call-E automatically. If your Zoom account can cloud-record meetings, recordings flow in too — no extra work.

Why it exists

Your calls live in Zoom. Your client notes and coaching work live in Call-E. The integration keeps the two in sync so you don't have to.

Once you connect Zoom, any meeting you schedule shows up on your Call-E dashboard. When Zoom cloud recording is available, recordings typically turn into Call Notes and a Call Scorecard shortly after the call ends.

What you can do with it

  • Connect your Zoom account — link Zoom from Preferences in a few clicks.
  • Import your past Zoom meetings — bring in meetings from the last 7 days, 30 days, or up to 6 months.
  • Sync meetings on demand. If a new Zoom meeting hasn't shown up yet, click Sync Now next to the Zoom card to pull the latest.
  • Disconnect anytime. Click Disconnect on the Zoom card in Preferences. Your existing appointments, recordings, and Call Notes stay put.

What happens after you connect

Call-E starts pulling in your Zoom meetings right away:

  • Upcoming meetings appear on your Call-E dashboard within a minute or two.
  • Meetings from the last 7 days come in with them.
  • Every new Zoom meeting you schedule from this point on shows up automatically.

When a meeting ends and Zoom produced a cloud recording, Call-E downloads the recording and writes the appointment results. You don't need to stay on the page — Call-E sends one appointment-level notification when the results are ready. Typical end-to-end time is about 5 minutes for a short call and up to about 15 minutes for a longer one. Sometimes it takes a bit longer than usual, and you'll still get notified when it's done.

What you need

  • A Zoom account you can sign into.
  • For Call-E to capture Zoom meetings, your Zoom account must support cloud recording and have cloud recording turned on.
  • If your Zoom account cannot cloud-record meetings, you'll see a warning on the Zoom card. Call-E still syncs and schedules Zoom meetings, but it cannot capture the recording, transcript, Call Notes, or Call Scorecard for those meetings.
  • If your Zoom admin has locked down scheduling or settings changes, you'll see a Limitations section on the Zoom card explaining what's restricted.
